Overview
The Meeting Tracker is a mobile app that users' can access on their mobile devices and desktop computers to manage and track their meetings. Users are able to edit, reschedule, share their screen, and share documents with attendees of the meeting. Users can also view upcoming meetings. Users can use the app either at home on their personal devices and on their office devices to modify and prepare for their upcoming meetings.
Issues
Give users the ability to access the product on their personal devices outside of the office.
Provide users with secure accessibility to the product on their personal devices.
Ensure that users are able to access the product on their personal devices and office devices outside of the office.
Ensure that users are able to access the product for managing upcoming meetings and schedule new meetings on their personal devices.

Solutions
Provide instructions to users to access the product on their personal devices that includes logging in information to ensure secure access.
Build an user-friendly product that users can transfer information from their personal devices to the product for users to access all information on both their personal devices and from their office devices.

Users' Motivation and Behavior
I had the opportunity to discuss users' required needs of accessing the app on both their personal devices and office devices when not in the office. Users wanted an opportunity to manage, edit, schedule, and reschedule their meetings also to ensure that attendees of the meetings were aware of the meetings changes. Also, users wanted to share documents and share screens during the meetings with other attendees.
Starting with the design system to build the product to maintain the consistent design for both desktop computers and mobile devices for building an user-friendly product for users' access on both their personal devices and office devices to manage their meetings outside of the office.
Users requirements are that they have the opportunity to access the product on both their personal desktop computers and mobile devices. I also led the conversation that will enhance the product for users' office use by allowing users to access the product on both their office's mobile devices and desktop computers.
The Design
I led a cross-functional team of junior designers and UX Researchers to identify the required needs by analyzing users' feedback collected from user interviews to translate into sketches of features that will enhance the product and users' experience. The team and I shared perspectives and ideations to refine the design throughout the process for discovering pain points to resolve before delivering the product.

Starting the design by building sketches, mock-ups, and wireframes to share perspectives and ideation to refine the design of the product throughout the design process to identify pain points for discovering resolutions for the design before finalizing the design. ​​​​​​​
Before building the product's design, I used sketches, mock-ups, and wireframes to build the design system as a guide to keep the design of the product consistent.
Consider users' required needs for building a user-friendly product that demonstrates users' journeys for placing each element to give users' the opportunity to complete tasks for accomplishing their goals. Not only are users able to view their profile, users are able to manage their meetings and documents. Users will have the opportunity to access the product on both their mobile devices and desktop computers outside of the office either on their office devices or personal devices.
Users can view any upcoming and past meetings that include the attendees with the date of the meeting. Users also have the opportunity to view, change, and cancel meetings with view, create, attach, and share documents to prepare before the meeting. 
Users have the ability to select various options before starting the meeting and during the meeting. Users record the meeting for following-up with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and sharing ideology to stay on schedule with the project.
Results

Users' Required Needs
Users' specifically requested the ability to access the product on both their office devices and personal devices outside of the office. Users' also want the opportunity to access the product on both their desktop computers and mobile devices to manage their meetings and documents before the meeting starts. I discovered that users' will need to have a secure access to the product to ensure that confidential information will not be access on their personal devices.
Users' Engagement
I discovered that users' will have the ability to engage with attendees of the meeting outside of the office by sharing detail information through documenting every detail of the projects to recap before the meeting begins. Users will have the opportunity to start the discussion of the project by sharing ideations and perspectives to discuss in the meeting. Users will have the opportunity for expressing any concerns before the meeting to discover resolutions that will enhance the product.
Users' Journeys
Considering users' journeys before finalizing the design by analyzing users' feedback collected from user interviews to define how users will access the product. I discovered that users will view the product differently on mobile devices and desktop computers. Therefore, the users' journey will differ from users' choice of devices. 
Accessibility
Users' want the ability to access the product on both their desktop computers and mobile devices either in the office environment and in their personal homes to manage any upcoming meetings. I confronted various potential issues that would interfere with users' ability to securely accessing the product on their personal devices.
Conclusion
In the end, the product' designs demonstrates users' ability to access the product on both devices and that a secure system is needed for users to access the product outside of the office environment. Each user will be provided detail instruction for accessing the product on their personal devices to access the app for managing their meetings, view meetings, reschedule meeting, share documents, and schedule meetings.
